Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course
This four week course is suitable for people with little or no experience of meditation. It will provide you with all the inspiration, information and practical help you need to integrate meditation into your daily life. It will be delivered live via zoom and each of the four weekly session will be 90 minutes each. This online format offers the same practices, exercises, teacher and small group, that you would experience if we were working face to face in our regular space.
I have 40 years meditation experience and have taught mindfulness to private clients and within the NHS and private medical settings for the last 10 years.
Practices will include: Using the breath to calm the body and focus the mind, creative visualisation to enhance emotional wellbeing, and practical tools for integrating mindfulness into daily life.
