Drop in Meditation Classes – The Quiet Hour
If you feel in need of a quiet space in which to be still and to allow your mind to settle away from the stresses and strains of modern life, then this class is for you.
Each class is themed using a simple meditation technique perhaps breath, or a simple visualisation such as colour or energy to relax us into stillness. Everyone is welcome irrespective of experience.
The sessions are intended to provide a comfortable environment to practice meditation and access to a teacher who can advise and support you in your meditation practice. You will also be able to experience the powerful energy that builds when meditating with a group.
