Yoga for Emotional Wellbeing Six Week Course
Yoga and mindfulness offer a simple but effective way of calming the nervous system and relief from the burden of a constantly seeking mind. These classes will be a mix of mindfulness movement and breathing practices to lift the spirits and help you see beyond the clamour of negative thoughts.
Yoga tells us that we are not the stories of our lives. Underneath the confusion of worries, memories, fears and disappointments we are still perfect beings – we don’t need to be fixed. Instead we need to cultivate the habit of ease in minds and bodies and to learn to fully love the adventure of life again.
The course is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Groups will be small (six people maximum) to allow for plenty of individual attention.
