Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course

This six week course is suitable for people with little or no experience of meditation. It will provide you with all the inspiration, information and practical help you need to integrate meditation into your daily life.

Practices will include:
• Using the breath to calm the body and focus the mind
• Introducing emotions, such as a sense of joy or peace, into the body along with the breath
• Creative visualisation, capturing and focusing the subconscious mind using imagery
• Using a mantra
• Practical tools for integrating mindfulness into daily life
